I’m Shanice, an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor supporting young people aged 11 and above, teenagers, young adults and parents who want to find their way back to connection — with themselves, the people they love and the world around them.
Perhaps conversations keep ending in frustration, you've lost confidence in yourself, or you're wondering why things feel so difficult. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress or uncertainty, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, make sense of what's happening and begin to move forward with confidence.
Whether you're experiencing relationship difficulties, struggling with communication, navigating neurodiversity including ADHD and Autism, exploring or embracing your LGBTQIA+ identity, or adjusting to life's changes, we'll gently explore what's beneath the surface and what may be getting in the way of connection.
