Connecting and relating to others is often one of life's hardest and most painful parts. I am a qualified relationship therapist working with individuals and those in relationship. I specialise in working with partners to enhance communication and rekindle loving connections and intimacy. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed & based on cutting-edge neuroscience. I am currently undertaking my Master in Psychosexual Therapy.
I aim to offer a space for clients to understand more about themselves and their relationships. I hold a non-judgemental & open-hearted approach to what every client brings. The focus is on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I am trained in creative arts therapy and can utilise these if the client feels drawn to this.
