That’s what I’ve been doing, first as a shamanic counsellor then as a psychotherapist, for others just like you, for 47 years. Eclectic therapists like me use a mixture of scientifically-sound, up to date, proven techniques, mixed with ancient wisdom to solve your problem/s as rapidly as possible, then show you ways to keep your life fixed. I offer practical help that deals with mental, physical and emotional distress in the here and now and I don't indulge in ‘psychobabble’.
Nor do I waste time or cause unnecessary distress for you by needlessly dredging up real or imagined miserable memories from the past or engaging in endless passive-listening.
