I am BACP, COSRT and NCPS accredited, a Psychosexual Specialist at Relate and partner with Tavistock using Mentalisation-based Therapy (MBT) helping together and single parents with conflict resolution. I am experienced in supporting a diverse range of people so my practice is anti-oppressive, bespoke and welcoming for all backgrounds and identities.
Working in the NHS and being a Samaritans Leader made me conscious to offer more than a one-size-fits-all model, so alongside standard Talking Therapy I also offer IFS, EFT and Brainspotting for shame and trauma.
