Hi - are you feeling stuck? Repeating the same patterns of behaviour again and again in your life or relationship and going around in circles? Do you feel a lack of love/respect with your partner or someone close to you? Is sex or intimacy an issue but you’re not quite sure how to approach it? Perhaps trauma, life changes or the pandemic have increased your anxiety and the trust has gone or you're feeling sad, angry, alone, stressed, numb, or just not sure what you feel anymore? I provide a safe, non-judgmental space helping individuals and couples gain an understanding to improve on their personal wellbeing and relationships.
I am a CPCAB qualified practitioner, Accredited with the National Counselling Society and a fully Registered member of the BACP and COSRT. I also work at Relate specialising in Relationship and Psychosexual therapy and with Tavistock using Mentalization Behavioural Therapy (MBT) helping together and single parents in conflict achieve better communication.
My previous experience of working in the NHS and being a Samaritans Leader made me conscious to give more choice to everyone seeking support, so I also offer Brainspotting for trauma/pain and One Session Therapy.
