Modern life is hard and the pressures sometimes difficult to navigate.
I've worked for over 19yrs. with people struggling to process traumatic experiences, especially those inflicted by others through child abuse and neglect, intimate partner abuse, sexual violence and damaging relationships. I am a specialist in drugs, alcohol and other addictions and have helped many people make changes for a better life.
I've a passion for working with drugs and alcohol problems, being 25 yrs. recovered myself. I've lectured at Unis. and train professionals in this area.
