My name is Alasdair Kirk and I am an experienced therapist and I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy grounded in Shadow Work, Deep Process Psychotherapy (DPP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This is an embodied, experiential approach to therapy that goes beyond just talking, supporting you to engage directly with the deeper aspects of your psyche, where transformation and lasting change becomes possible. Based in the UK, I have a special interest in complex and developmental attachment trauma, and I work with individuals seeking meaningful, long-term transformation through relational and trauma-informed therapeutic work.
I specialise in immersive long-form (3–5 hours) experiential shadow work therapy sessions. These in-person extended sessions permit a depth of exploration that is often not possible within traditional therapy formats. I also offer Shadow Work & IFS-informed therapy in blocks of shorter sessions, online or in-person.
I am passionate about creating a supportive and shame-free space where both men and women can feel safe enough to connect deeply and honestly with themselves. I offer a grounded, confidential, and relational space. Whether you are new to therapy or have done extensive inner work, sessions unfold at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you.
