People who appear to be coping well externally but feel internally driven, mentally overloaded, responsible, and holding themselves to high standards. They may be finding that the usual ways of coping are no longer working as well as they once did.
Alongside this specialist focus, we also support adults whose difficulties are beginning to affect daily functioning, work, or relationships. You can learn how to prioritise a lot of responsibility in a way that does not compromise success.
