Hi, I am Sam. I am a counsellor, a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, ex-educator, and good all round human. There has been a lot of life before counselling and lived experience of mental health, both my own and family members. I understand only too well the ripple effect that mental health has on relationships. There is a way forward, to heal and repair. Having someone that isn't emotionally involved in your daily affairs, that you feel you can trust and is really hearing you, can be the first step to a healthy and long recovery.
