Announcement icon I am currently offering sessions online or on the telephone
Talking about your difficulties may feel overwhelming. However, I provide a safe space and a caring relationship, offering you a place to be listened to and to help you to see things differently. You may be struggling with anxiety or low mood; wondering how to manage different transitions in life, or perhaps family relationships are strained? Using an integrative approach, I work with a variety of aspects, utilising techniques to best suit the individual. I’m a registered member of BACP, currently offering online sessions. I’m also an LGBTQI+ ally.
In the first session, we will get to know each other. We will discuss what you’d like to bring and decide whether we’d like to work together further.
Do you need somebody to talk to? Are you unsure where to start? I can support you by discussing a range of issues at your own pace. There is never any pressure to talk about specific things. Get in touch to book your initial session at a reduced rate.
