I am a qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist with a postgraduate diploma in clinical sexology and NHS experience. I support individuals and couples with arousal concerns, vaginismus, sexual pain, erectile challenges, premature or delayed ejaculation, and low desire. I also specialise in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour (CSB), helping clients explore distressing or repetitive patterns and the emotional and relational factors beneath them. My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and sensitive to neurodiversity, offering a safe space to explore intimacy, identity, kink, and relationship issues.
I specialise in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour (CSB), which is my main area of clinical focus. I help clients understand distressing or repetitive sexual patterns by exploring the emotional, relational, and life-history factors beneath them, supporting greater clarity, agency, choice, and self-compassion.
