Welcome! My therapy approach comes from perspectives of holistic, systemic, and trauma-informed. In Systemic Therapy I examine patterns of interactions and behaviours to determine why the issues are presenting themselves, and support you in making changes. The aim is to help the individual, couple or family gain a better understanding of self not only from an individual level but a relational perspective as well
As a Systemic and family therapist, some of my specialties are working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem difficulties, boundaries, family conflict, and adolescent behaviour challenges
I aim to create a safe and warm environment to support you in understanding your distress. Therapy can be an intimidating path to choose, however, I'm here to listen and support you on your mental and wellbeing journey
