I am a person-centred counsellor offering a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings safely and at their own pace. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship, built on trust and respect, is central to effective counselling.
In our work together, you can expect to be listened to with care, respect, and without judgement. I will not tell you what to do, but will support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, helping you to gain clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
I have a particular interest in working with women’s emotional wellbeing, especially in relation to relationship challenges and life transitions. In addition, I work with children and young people, including those who are neurodiverse, adapting my approach to meet individual needs.
I offer a calm, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. I understand that starting counselling can feel daunting, and I aim to provide a welcoming and reassuring environment from the very first session.
