I truly believe that each individual experiences mental health differently. Whether you are experiencing grief, loss, stress, anxiety or something else, speaking about things where you are truly listened to can make a real difference. I work using the person centered approach meaning that my clients and their unique individual needs are truly at the center of my counselling practice.
I offer clients a truly judgement free space to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences. By truly listening to my clients, I aim to help them achieve a greater understanding of themselves, helping to pave the way for change and empowerment.
