I like to think that my therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. So don't worry if you haven't done therapy before and feel a bit unsure about how things work. Just think of it as a safe space to talk and explore what ever you need to in the moment. I offer tools and strategies to help with a number of different issues. I am also mindful that not one size fits all and will always strive to help you find the right fit for you. I work at a GP surgery, school, and in private practise. I work with Time to Talk Youth Counselling Charity and The Fire Fighters Charity.
