Hello, I am a UK qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professional Council. I have worked in mental health for over 12 years, with people facing different challenges and life events. I believe therapy can offer a space to make sense of your experiences and the ways in which you respond, reconnect with your resources, values and hopes, move past painful memories and reflect on your strengths.
