I am an experienced therapist with many years' experience working with clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, feeling sad, panic attacks, bereavement, trauma or just struggling with day-to-day life. Alongside my private practice, I work with Anxiety UK, Cruse Bereavement & a Rape & Sexual Assault Charity
I believe that everybody should be given an opportunity to be able to have their voice heard and be able to express how they are feeling without the fear of being judged. Therapy should be about you, so I tailor my sessions to suit you in a safe and non-judgemental environment, where I will listen and support you through these challenging times.
