I am an experienced mindfulness based psychotherapist offering brief therapy and longer term depth work. Having trained at the Karuna Institute, I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy, a contemplative practice drawing on Buddhist principles and western psychology theory. I have studied and practised with Place 2 Be, a charity for child counselling in schools, gaining my Level 4 Certificate for counselling children. Additionally I trained at Re-Vision, Couples in Search of Soul, developing my knowledge for working with couples. Currently I am working in the charity sector alongside running my Private Practice.
