My experience spans pregnancy and birth into childhood, adolescence, adulthood through to end of life, death and dying. This breadth and depth has shaped me into the practitioner I am today, as a therapist and as a supervisor.
I have the ability to work with a broad spectrum of people, individuals and couples.
I am an integrative counsellor. I don’t fit you to an approach. I work with you and what you bring.
In addition to more generalised therapy, I am offering low cost Psychosexual (sex) therapy and Relationship therapy to individuals and couples whilst I complete this additional training.
I offer face to face or online sessions
Psychosexual (Sex) therapy - vaginismus and painful sex, anxiety about sex, loss of desire or arousal and inability to orgasm, erectile difficulties including rapid, delayed or absent ejaculation.
Relationship therapy - communication, loss of connection, intimacy, jealousy, infidelity, conflict, cultural and religious issues, pregnancy, children, parenting.
I believe that the counsellor client relationship is the most important element in helping someone feel comfortable to talk about any issues or problems they may be experiencing. Our working relationship could help you to make sense of experiences, behaviours, feelings and emotions. It could help you to gain a better understanding of yourself and your life
