If your everyday life and general wellbeing are being affected by how you’re feeling, it is a good time to get some help. I am Lead Counsellor at Pilgrims Hospices and I work as a school counsellor. In my private practice I offer individual counselling for young people and adults. Counselling can offer the space and time needed to work through experiences and issues, it is an opportunity to be heard and to feel understood. It can help in building better self-awareness, relationships and overall quality of life. Choosing a counsellor that feels like the right person is really important.
