I have over 19 years experience working with people - My clients come to me, when they feel overwhelmed, exhausted and in need of support - they can't manage their thoughts, relationships, behaviours alone any longer and they need someone to talk to in a confidential, non-judgmental way. Together we explore, unpick, understand and make changes, so that life can become more manageable, enjoyable and less exhausting. For me, each of my clients are individuals, and its about getting the right balance - seeing what works and what doesn't work for them, promoting change together.
I work on the here and now, addressing - anxiety, stress and depression that is making life feel overwhelming and exhausting, supporting general well-being. At the same time, working on deep routed mental health issues that are contributing to unhelpful repetitive negative thoughts, low levels of self-esteem, sleep issues and more.
