I work with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-criticism, loneliness, relationship difficulties, body image issues, life changes, trauma, self-harm and addiction. I can help you challenge your self-limiting beliefs and behaviours, and encourage you to support yourself and your problems with kindness and compassion.
