I believe good communication skills are key to building self-worth, you will gain clarify and develop new skills and thinking patterns to help you move past whatever the issue is,whether it’s PTSD, relationships, anxiety, depression or stress.
Together we will walk through your journey, using a wide range of counselling models such as Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis. You CAN change and live the life YOU want to, no matter how impossible that might seem right now. Nothing is worse than feeling trapped, the power of choice is everything.
