I offer individual one to one counselling from a comfortable, welcoming space in Eastbourne. I have experience working with people who have a wide range of mental health difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Furthermore, you may be experiencing relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, isolation or anger for example. You may feel something is not right, but unsure what this is. Through a process of exploration, counselling can help you to gain greater understanding of whatever difficulties you may be facing, helping to increase your self-awareness.
I hold a Postgraduate diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton. With my previous qualification as a Mental Health Nurse, I spent 8 years working in community services within the NHS. Due to these roles, I have considerable experience of working with a variety of mental health difficulties.
