Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and your relationship with others? Have you lost your sense of self? I am an integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to support them in their journey to a happier, calmer and more fulfilling life. I have experience working with all anxiety based conditions low mood (depression and grief) and low self esteem issues as well as trauma led work. My approach is compassion based and led by my clients needs and goals, supporting them to maintain the changes they make during their therapeutic journey with me.
I specialise in treating adults and adolescents and have experience working with short and longer term challenges and have extended my training to be able to support clients who have experienced baby loss, trauma and couples therapy. I use a variety of CBT techniques in my practice as well as drawing on other therapeutic techniques.
Working with my clients I aim to provide a space for my clients which is safe, non judgemental, healing and inspiring, to allow them to live happier and healthier lives and importantly maintain this afterwards
