Hello, I’m Kim. There are countless reasons why you may be searching for a counsellor. We all need support at various stages in life and for different reasons. I feel that we all have a right to be heard and to have our feelings acknowledged. My aim is to offer you a safe, confidential space to express your authentic self without judgement, where we can work together to explore what is going on for you and why. Looking at issues that may be causing you discomfort or overwhelm. We will work together to help you develop ways to fulfil your full potential or simply feel safer and more secure in your sense of self.
I believe that as a relational integrative therapist the therapeutic relationship is key to eliciting change and growth within the individual. My approach is integrative, which means I tailor therapy to the needs of each client, understanding that not every modality will suit all.
Counselling can be difficult but there is freedom in living authentically and becoming your true self. I offer counselling sessions face-to-face, online and via telephone. Concession rates are available for those on low income/students. I can offer you a free 20-minute initial conversation by telephone to discuss your needs.
