I’m Nova, a trauma-informed counsellor specialising in working with sexual violence and its impact. I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy and bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work — I have ADHD, which shapes my understanding of difference, identity, and the importance of flexible, inclusive support.

I hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS and am fully insured. I am GDPR and ICO compliant. I have over 10 years counselling experience and have been volunteering/working at a rape crisis centre for 12 years.

Couples counselling £75 per 1 hour session.
