I offer a safe, welcoming environment for my clients to talk through any issues. I am an individual member of the BACP. I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Counselling can be short or long term. I hold an up to date DBS and am fully insured. I am GDPR compliant. I have experience of working with issues around anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual/physical abuse, family difficulties and low self esteem and others. I have over 1500 counselling hours experience and have been volunteering/working at a sexual abuse crisis centre for 5 years
I work creatively to adapt to your individual needs and goals you may have set yourself. Counselling can enable you to feel less alone with your thoughts and feelings. The overall aim is for you to understand yourself and gain the tools to live your life in a positive way. I offer reduce rate for counselling students
I offer online and face to face counselling from £40 per 50 minute session. The first Initial assessment is FREE. I hold the following qualifications: Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Certificate in Counselling Studies. Certificate in suicide awareness. Certificate in self harm
