Life has a way of shaking us up and giving us choices we don’t want. Anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress and uncertainties can all leave us struggling to cope or not getting the very best life we deserve. Seeking counselling and using psychotherapy is an experience to help you understand and get the best out of life’s choices.
I have a wide range of lived and mental health educational experience with an advanced diploma in integrative psychotherapy. I have supported people with long term physical and mental health conditions, neurodiversity, relationships, complex traumas, cultural/intersectional challenges, struggles around eating, and I am kink aware.
I am neurodiverse, having being diagnosed late in life with dyslexia in my 30s, and I have type 1 diabetes. I grew up in Botswana in the 70s and 80s, and have a mixed European ancestry. I strongly believe that we each have a strength and potency that can blossom if we are open to broadening our awareness and making changes from a safe place.
