My name is Ele, I am a qualified integrative counsellor and I have training and experience in the following areas:

Responses to domestic abuse,
Suicide training,
Relational depth in counselling and psychotherapy,
and an introduction to online and phone counselling which is necessary for competent and ethical remote counselling work.
I have worked with grief, menopause, family disputes, relationship breakdowns, depression, anxiety, stress, alcoholism, self harm, gender complexities, LGBTQIA communities, cultural differences, ADHD and autism.
In a world that never really slows down, investing in yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. Therapy offers a rare pause, a space to think clearly, process emotions and understand patterns that get lost in the noise of daily life. I provide a non-judgemental listening ear no matter how big or small your life challenges are.
My role is to listen without judgement in a safe and trusting space that is yours. My four years of training and placement work has enabled me to fine tune my skills so that I can be there, alongside you on your journey to self-discovery and growth.
