About
Our work together will be to consider your situation from your perspective to help you make any changes you feel are needed. My aim is to hold a safe space for you to be heard and I will be empathic, honest and non-judgemental with you throughout our time together. I am experienced in talk therapies and cognitive behavioural therapy approaches. I believe each person is unique, therefore, my approach will be personalised to suit your needs
I offer a friendly and confidential one-to-one counselling service. Supporting adults and young people around issues such as substance abuse, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues; including physical and emotional abuse. I also have experience of counselling parents who have children with additional needs such as autism.
Working together we will look at your views from your perspective. We will create a safe space together for you to be listened to. My approach to counselling with you will be personal to your experience. Together we will unpack your situation, explore your emotions to help you going forward. Your voice and narrative matter, you will be heard.
