Hello, my name is Sean. I am a person-centred therapist. Accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I have experience in counselling adults and young people as well as 11 years’ experience supporting people with mental health difficulties. I know that life can bring challenges that can be understood better through sharing with a skilled listener. I also know that it is very difficult to reach out and ask to be heard. Baring this in mind, I offer a friendly, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions and experiences.
Depending on your needs, I can offer: long or short-term therapy. I promise to put you first, which means that you can decide how long the therapy will last. We will regularly review of your therapeutic journey. I offer face to face counselling in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Online- video sessions and over the telephone sessions.
