Feeling stuck? In my sessions my aim is to help you past what eve holds you back into a better life- whatever that means to you.
My training is in an integrative tradition which aims helping as wide a angle of issues as possible. I have a wide range of tools including talking therapy, role-play, visualisation, creative writing and artwork which I can draw upon according to you needs and preferences.
Therapy is often best regraded as an exploration. Thus when you arrive I approach it in a relational way, getting to know you as you are in the present moment and woking from there. People often come with problems, Yet what often comes as we move along is a sense of joy and release from them. I look forward to accompanying you on you journey to this.
