Hello, my name is Andrew Perry. I believe we can help each other. I specialise in helping by example. I offer free resources on my website, clinical supervision, outdoor therapy, an online therapeutic group and free initial online sixty minute consultations. It's ordinary to have times when we feel less healthy than others. Maybe you have experienced receiving help to feel healthier. People helped to rediscover the bravery to change their experience. People like us. I think everyone deserves help to feel healthier.
Really looking at your life and the situation you are in, takes courage. Perhaps life feels almost unbearable right now and you are at a loss as to how to move forward. Coming to counselling can be a big step, but I am here to accompany you, to offer you my wholehearted support in finding a way through what is difficult in your life at the moment. Therapy can help you to transform your suffering into an opportunity for personal growth and life expansion. Having someone who listens deeply to you, someone who doesn't judge but accepts you unconditionally, can help you gain clarity and a new perspective on your situation.
We all go through periods in our lives when things are more difficult for us and sometimes, we can get a bit stuck in our ways of being and thinking. It may be helpful to talk to someone outside your circle of family and friends, in a confidential space about whatever is troubling you and to find ways forward out of that ‘stuckness’. Counselling can help to identify your strengths and resources, find new perspectives and develop new skills. I will work with you to identify and clarify the difficulties you are experiencing and together we will seek ways forward which best suit you.
My name is Katharina. In my work I am passionate about supporting adults and young people who are finding aspects of life troublesome and difficult. You may be experiencing times of anxiety, bereavement or low self esteem or you might be experiencing a range of difficulties (connected to work, family, relationships, sexual orientation) that you would like to talk about and wish to ‘untangle’ with some help. I offer short and longer-term work, which we would agree on in the initial and free 30 min consultation. This consultation and subsequent sessions can be online or over the phone, or face to face once regulations allow. .
Life is overwhelming at times. It’s hard to feel you are dealing with it alone. Every journey begins with a first small step. I hope to be able to help you through difficult times to see change and a way ahead. Finding the inner strength to cope can make all the difference. You have the power within you to find the best you and you deserve to. You are the only person who knows your life, challenges, self , feelings and emotions. Don’t struggle in silence. I will be there with and for you each step to hear and listen to what you want and need. You are in control of each session.
