Hello there, my name is Christophe and I'm a qualified person centred, Emotion Focused therapist (EFT) with extra qualifications in EMDR.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment so you will be free to express yourself in a way you can't elsewhere. It's natural for us to get stuck in our emotions left over from something in the past. I'll help you pay closer attention to your emotions as they're experienced in session, in order to gain insight into unhelpful emotional learnings and to experience growth through safely because our emotions can help us identify your needs in life, giving you the motivation to move forward

I believe that the most important relationship we will have over our lifetime is the relationship that we have with ourselves. Throughout our lives we can come to conclusions about ourselves and others that cause us to feel insecure with who we are and around others. My job as a therapist and life coach is to provide a talking space for you to figure out what is holding you back from achieving the relationships and lifestyle you deserve. The more we understand who we really are, the easier it becomes to truly and deliberately create the life we desire.

Abuse can have a significant affect on mental health. Whether the abuse happened as a child or as an adult, abusive experiences can lead to low mood, high anxiety, flashbacks to incidents, difficulty trusting others as well as low self-confidence and self-esteem, even when the abuse is historic. These are all normal reactions to difficult and painful experiences. I have worked with people who have experienced abuse for the last 15 years. The work has been transformational for some clients and very helpful for others, whether the abuse is within the family, workplace or within a relationship.

Hi, I'm Andy.
If exercise feels like something that happens to other people - or something you keep meaning to get back to - you're probably not short of reasons why. Maybe the gym feels like the last place you'd be comfortable. Maybe pain, health worries, or a difficult patch in life got in the way, and the gap has grown wider than you'd like.

LGBTQ+ affirmative, trauma-informed therapy for people who have always felt different in some way. The world can be a hard place if you feel a lot. You might have been told you’re too sensitive or too much. There’s space for you to put down who you've been told you 'should' be and come as you are.
You might be struggling with anxiety, relationships or an over-active inner critic. Perhaps you find it hard to trust your decisions and stop people pleasing. My own journey has given me proof that change is always possible. Together, we’ll work to overcome the things that have been holding you back so you can start to feel better.

I understand how difficult it can be to see your child struggling with anxiety, behaviour, trauma, loss, or overwhelming emotions. As a BAPT-registered Play Therapist, I provide a safe, compassionate space where children and young people can express themselves through play and creative therapy when words feel too hard. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and child-centred. I work closely with parents and carers to help strengthen understanding, connection, and emotional resilience within the family. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Not all healing needs talking.

Many of the people I work with are struggling with questions of faith, identity, and culture, often alongside a loss of meaning or a fractured relationship with belief, responsibility, and self.
I work with people who want to understand themselves properly, not just manage symptoms. Experiences such as religious trauma, diaspora identity, internalised racism, and racial trauma sit at the centre of my work.
My role is not to offer quick fixes. It is to help you think clearly about your life, your history, and the patterns you find yourself repeating, especially the ones you already recognise but cannot shift.

Hi my name is michelle and I am aware Choosing to start therapy can often feel daunting and terrifying. I understand this journey, both from a personal and from a theoretical perspective. So, I just want to say thank you for putting yourself out there, even know you may have feelings of apprehension.

Hi there, my names Dr Dane Duncan, I am an animal lover, Northerner, book-worm, rock climber... and Clinical Psychologist! I it can be hard finding a therapist who you can click with. My work follows a Narrative Therapy approach, drawing elements of Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy when helpful. I am also trained in 3 Trauma therapies (EMDR, NET & Tree of Life). For Relationships I blend System Theory with EFT/NVC/The Gottmans Approach with a twist of Queer Theory. There’s no single map for being human, I take a ‘many paths up the mountain’ approach, adapting the route to suit you.

No two journeys are the same, and that is what makes each person’s story meaningful. People come to MindScope Psychotherapy not to fit into someone else’s expectations but to find a space where they are understood on their own terms. We offer a compassionate environment where they can be seen, supported, and equipped with the tools to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.
