I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, alongside this I'm a Trainee Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Therapist. Sometimes life feels heavy, doesn’t it? Like there’s so much to carry, things you can’t always explain or put into words. Maybe it shows up in the tension you hold or the way you feel distant from yourself and others. Together, we can sit with the heaviness you’re carrying and begin to put it down. Sometimes, the ways we've learnt to cope (through alcohol, gaming, social media, or other habits) can leave us feeling even more disconnected from ourselves and those around us. Therapy with me can support you in exploring these patterns so you can begin living a more connected and fulfilling life as yourself.

We are all unique individuals, and what brings us to counselling is very personal to us. Often we self-blame & self-shame and this perpetuates our distress. Being truly heard and offering individual ways to heal underpins my work.
