Do you experience intrusive thoughts that cause distress, a constant doubt over whether you have checked the door is locked, or a need to undertake compulsions to reduce anxiety? I have over 25 years experience of working alongside children and their families in a wide variety of settings. For the past 10 years I have managed a counselling and therapy service based in primary schools for a national charity as well as working in private practice. I offer children and young people a safe, accepting and non-judgemental space in which they can choose to communicate verbally or non-verbally.
