I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, drawing on a range of approaches, to help you manage your challenges, find meaning and/or make change. Together we will collaborate to discover the best approach to meet your needs and work towards your goals. Deciding to seek support is a significant step in self-care; it can be intimidating, but when you are overwhelmed with the life’s burdens, a helping hand to navigate to solutions can make all the difference. Together we will explore your options and resource from your own inner strengths, discover effective ways of coping and restore you to your best self.

You might look like you’re coping on the outside—but inside, something doesn’t feel right. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in patterns in relationships, or disconnected from yourself. You may have been through experiences that still linger—showing up as anxiety, numbness, self-doubt, or a constant sense of being “on edge.” Even if things seem fine on the surface, something deeper isn’t settling. If that resonates, therapy can offer a space to begin understanding why things feel this way—and what can start to shift.

I can work with adults, young people, and children.
Sometimes we experience changes or traumas that leave us struggling with the pressures of life, relationships, work, or studies. This can affect our self-esteem, our sense of identity, and our ability to cope. This can become overwhelming and may lead us to unhelpful or harmful thoughts and behaviours. With help, we can overcome our difficulties and learn to manage our emotions more effectively. With compassion, empathy, respect, and a safe space, we feel heard, considered, and valued. By understanding our thoughts and behaviours we can feel empowered to make positive changes that can lead us to fuller and more enjoyable lives.

Do you feel stuck in survival mode, scrolling, procrastinating, only moving when the deadline forces you? You've tried harder. Made lists. Nothing sticks. You're exhausted. Whether you have an ADHD diagnosis or simply suspect your brain works differently, you're in the right place. As a therapist with lived ADHD experience, I combine Occupational Therapy and CBT-informed strategies to bring clarity, practical tools and lasting change. We close the gap between who you are and who you want to be: a woman who leads her own life with intention, self-compassion and boundaries that hold.

My training specialises in supporting children and adolescents, with which I have extensive experience, in particularly in trauma; having provided counselling sessions, in both Primary and Secondary Schools for over ten years.
Counselling allows the opportunity for the young person's voice to be heard. This in turn, may also have a positive impact on the chid/young person’s relationships, friendships with peers, confidence, academic learning, coping mechanisms, self-regulation and resilience.
