Do you feel as though you’re managing on the outside, but disconnected or unsettled underneath?
Do you put your needs last while holding everything together?
Do you wonder why life doesn’t feel as easeful or meaningful as it should?
I work with adults who are thoughtful and capable, and who often appear to be coping well, but feel stuck in long-standing emotional patterns. Anxiety, self-criticism, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of being “different” may sit quietly beneath the surface.
Over time, coping alone can take a toll. Therapy can help you feel clearer, steadier, and more at peace. Contact me to arrange a free consultation.

At different times in our lives we go through challenges that can affect how we feel and have a negative impact on us. We all have unique ways of dealing with situations. At these times, many people find it helpful to explore, in a safe space, how they are feeling with somebody else.

Hello, and thanks for looking at my profile. I’m an accredited therapist with over 15 years experience, and wholly comfortable in dealing with a range of issues, from trauma to depression, abuse to anxiety. I’ve been described by clients as friendly, easy to talk to and empathic. For me, the most important element in therapy is whether you feel you can trust me - and I know this is not always easy. You’ve likely been hurt and perhaps a little wary and weary of people. I’m not going to “fix” you, I can’t! Though the good news is, by working collaboratively, you absolutely can heal the wounds you carry, of that I have no doubt.
