Finding a therapist who you feel really "gets you" is not always easy and can take time. From personal experience I know how invaluable therapy can be when you share your vulnerabilities and receive compassion without judgement in return. Whatever is bringing you to counselling at this time in your life, I would offer you an open and honest space to share your feelings without fear of rejection. I would be privileged to help in your search for the answers that you are looking for to move forward from where you are now, and in doing so help you feel more at peace within yourself.

In my practice I offer a compassionate and thoughtful approach where anything overwhelming or distressing can start to be understood, cared for and worked through. Whether you are seeking therapy with specific goals in mind, as a space to process, or perhaps in response to something that feels less clear but in need of your attention; the aim is to look at this together. The quality of the therapeutic relationship is essential to this and finding the right match is important. As such, I offer a free initial session to give us both space to explore what working together might be like and whether it feels like we might be a good fit.

With 20 years' experience, I am a leading authority in marriage, couple and relationship counselling. I have had the pleasure and privilege of helping countless couples resolve their differences and re-establish an emotional connection. I am passionate about my work and the changes I help to facilitate. When you’re having a relationship or marital problems, it’s natural to want to talk about it. Unfortunately, turning to those around you isn’t always possible or the best option. What you really need is an independent ear — someone who can view your relationship without bias and who won’t take sides.
