Psychotherapy offers a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore and increase understanding of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. You may have concerns about events you've experienced, patterns you're engaging in or a general feeling of being stuck or dysregulated. In our sessions, we'll work collaboratively, exploring your inner world, the many “parts” of you from a place of compassion, curiosity, and presence. When you’re able to turn towards even the most challenging parts of you with this new lens, significant shifts begin to emerge. These shifts create space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

Meeting challenges along life’s journey– no matter who we are or what stage we are at– is part of what makes us human. It is at difficult times like these when seeking some professional support can help us along our way. I am an experienced and empathetic Clinical Psychologist, I’ve worked with many individuals at points in their life when they are experiencing emotional distress or just need a safe space of their own to work through their difficulties. I’ve witnessed positive change and growth with many of the clients I have worked with and believe that a safe, empowering and positive therapeutic relationship is key.

I believe the difficulties we experience in life can be highly impactful on how we see ourselves, how we relate to ourselves/others and on our own wellbeing. We can become stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour, trapped in our own internal conflict or afraid of/detached from our own emotion. Recognising that each of us is unique, I view therapy as a highly individualised process that aims to help us understand how our own internal world may be impacting our external problems. Focus is placed on gaining a compassionate understanding of why our lives are as they are and on processing any blocked emotion that is preventing change.

Hello and welcome. Many of us will experience distress and difficult emotions at some point in our lives. This could be anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem, or relationship issues, to name just a few. Maybe you just feel disconnected or are experiencing difficulties that are hard to put into words. Or maybe you feel like you don't know where to start. Whatever your reason for seeking support, I aim to provide a space where you feel comfortable to explore what is troubling you.

Hi! I believe everyone has the right for decent relationships (with friends, family and partners) as it has tremendous influence in their quality of life. Many things influence the way people behave in relationships - I am here to help you explore what might be getting in the way of you getting the relationships you want. I work with all sorts of issues in relationships and sexual difficulties, and will offer you a non-judgmental environment while facilitating the therapeutic process for self-discovery and actualisation.
