Life can feel meaningless living without a connection with ourselves, our bodies and each other. Traumatic events and stress can lock us in a state of fear or helplessness causing us to behave reactively or to withdraw from life. The prolonged stress / anxiety of continously trying to suppress symptoms or figure everything out alone can feel completely exhausting right?
