difficulties, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, identity, addiction and trauma.
When life feels like a struggle, knowing where to find the right kind of help and support can feel daunting. Though talking therapy is challenging, and making the decision to start counselling a huge step, it can help us make sense of our life, be transformative and help us understand our relationships with ourselves and others. My aim is to find a way of being in with clients that is responsive, collaborative and compassionate; providing a space that feels safe, supportive, open and respectful.
