I specialise in relationship therapy, life transitions and exploration of the self. I work with clients from the ages of eighteen +. I have in-depth experience of working with individuals and couples/partnerships at my practice. This includes, the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent folks, teenagers, family members, friendships and couples/partnerships.
I am fully insured and a member of the BACP. I have a Ba (Hons) in integrative psychotherapy. I have additional training in trauma informed approaches, psychosexual therapy and couples/relationship therapy. I bring a transpersonal approach to my work with clients, with focus on the client-therapist relationship.
