Hello, I'm a Psychodynamic Therapist. Finding the right therapist is important, so read through my information and see how you feel.
'Psychodynamic' means to explore and understand your relationships and how they've influenced you and continue to do so.
I'm visually impaired and have a guide dog. I have a degree in Human Psychology. I'm experienced in helping those who are living with hidden/visible disabilities, different types of loss, anxiety, and depression. I will endeavour to provide you the space to safely and comfortably explore the many emotions and feelings connected with your lived experience.
I provide a welcoming space for you to settle in to, enabling you to talk freely about why you're seeking therapy, at a pace that suits you.
If you might find sitting and talking to be a little challenging, I can provide some creative activities to help you feel more at ease.
There are many questions and prompts I could say here, such as “are you struggling with…?” or “do you find...?” but I may miss out exactly what it is that you’re searching for. So, I will instead just say... if you are not feeling yourself or you just feel that events or experiences have left you lost or stuck or sad or angry, then please do reach out.
