Many years of experience working with many issues including neurodiversity, abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, gender identity, relationship issues, and relocation related issues. I am also certified life coach.
My sessions are designed to fit the needs of each individual and group, using Dramatherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy approach. With many years of practicing, I've the ability to bring a varied approach and creativity into my sessions when suitable, in order to facilitate insight, learning and growth in a relaxed atmosphere.
