Hi I’m Sarika Chauhan, an existential psychotherapist. My journey into psychology began with a deep curiosity about human resilience. It is about how we ground ourselves, adapt and find ways to thrive even when life delivers its most challenging moments. I use an integrative approach tailoring everything to your unique needs and circumstances.

My experience spans the NHS, charity sectors, specialising in crisis intervention, comprehensive mental health support, and chronic pain. I also work with cultural identity and challenges within Asian communities, including intergenerational trauma, family expectations, and navigating multiple cultural worlds.
