I am an LGBTQIA+ counsellor, with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Person-Centred Counselling, over ten years’ experience offering warm, supportive, and confidential therapy. I work with young people, students, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore whatever is bringing you to counselling — at your own pace, in your own way. With a strong focus on personality theory and human development. This allows me to work thoughtfully with both long-standing patterns and present-day difficulties.
