I’m Sarah-Jane Otoo, a UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, Psychosexual Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have worked as a Psychotherapist for over 14 years and hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. I work with individuals and couples to explore their emotional, relational, and psychosexual wellbeing. Whether you're navigating life transitions, working through difficulties in relationships or intimacy, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I offer a warm, collaborative, and honest space to support you.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic models to meet your individual needs. My core approach is Gestalt-based — focusing on the “here and now” while honouring the influence of your past. I also integrate Compassion-Focused Therapy, CBT techniques (especially for psychosexual concerns), and relational approaches.
I work both short-term or long-term, depending on your goals.
