I am a flexible counsellor as I understand that it can be hard to stick to a regular counselling session due to work, family etc. I can offer different times /days each week depending on your needs. Every client is unique and I will adapt the counselling to suit each individual. I am fully qualified and have many life experiences that that have led me to want to help others. I work with an integrative approach which means I am able to draw on different theories to best help you. There is no judgement, acceptance, empathy, kindness and trust I will offer you.
